Coca Cola- Maaza Mango is bottled hot in order to pasteurize the beverage to ensure that the beverage is free from pathogens (pathogens are microorganisms which cause diseases) & remains wholesome for consumption. All the ingredients such as sugar, treated water, mango pulp, colour, preservative, acidulant, & flavour are added & blended to make the beverage which is pasteurized at 96-98 C & then filled hot (90-92C).
