Youth Festival on Consumer Awareness-2006 |
1 st Prize: Play: “Conditions apply”
Hindu College, University of Delhi
The exuberant performance by members of ‘Ibtida' – the Drama Society of Hindu College focused on consumer rights related to billing problems, compensation for misleading consumers, and brand credibility.

2 nd Prize: Play: “Ehsaas”
Sri Venkateswara College
“Anubhuti” – the Drama Society of Sri Venkateswara college built its nukkad natak theme around the oft-neglected issue of consumer responsibility. The team tactfully tackled the issue of water scarcity, and how urban consumers, who often complaint about water problem, contribute to its wastage at the same time.

3 rd Prize: Play: “Dastaan-e-upbhoka”
The Shivaji College consumer affairs Nukkad Natak was woven around the central characters of an ‘Ustaad' and a ‘Jhamoora'. Through their light-hearted repartee that had the audience in splits on serious issues of telecom and customer-care harassment, wrong billing, adulteration, and warranty. |
