Advertisements / documentary films emphasizing hazards of tobacco should be shown before cartoons and other programmes for children on TV.

Penalty for sale of Tobacco in an around educational institutes should be increased Rs. 100 or 200 is not enough as it seems easily affordable.

Reward systems :All complainants should be awarded for complaining against any vendor of tobacco violating the norms.

Schools should reward children who quit.

Time Frame : should be set up to cover up schools in a particular period. The educational institutes should be made to implement the laws concerning tob. Consumption/ sale within the next academic year; in a phased manner.Include awareness activities in curriculum for next academic year.Schools should be recognized by CBSE / ICSE only if other ------ display board where required.

Identification of accredited labs to test the harmful chemicals in the tobacco products

Labs should be referral, basic & region wise

Testing methods & equipments should be identified

Specified pictorial health warning

50% of the principal display area for pictorial warning

Draft rules for specified pictorial & written health warnings will be made open for public comments & consumer organisations in the leadership of Mr. G.S. Panda (RARE-Orissa) will give comments before it is enforced

CORE group meeting to be held within next 3 months

Font size should be prominent & comparable to the Brand name
