for atleast two hrs everyday

One has to exercise only for about 30 mts-1hr., 3-4 days a
week, to be fit.
No matter at what age one
begins or how inactive one has been, exercise is always beneficial.

activity program can change a person's level of fitness to
that of someone 10-15 years younger.
