These specialized sessions were conducted in the villages Rajpur Khurd Village, Village Sabhapur Chauhan Patti and Village Baknner,Narela through specialists to cover the wider aspects. These training sessions were based on Training of Trainers (TOT) model to spread the message on the larger basis among farmers.
All participants were given Green Bags (environment friendly handmade cloth bags) which included informative pamphlets on organic farming, material collected from partner organization to encourage them towards organic farming as an alternate to chemical intensive farming.
It was a very focused and specialized Training Programme wherein Farmers were trained to impart training further in their villages we focused on a group of 40-45 farmers in each ToT including members of panchyat and sarpanchs (leader of farming community). In Indian villages members of panchyats and sarpanchs played a crucial role in spreading the message. They have impact over larger farmer community as they are considered opinion leaders.
